A website service for local businesses that don't have a site yet. We find businesses through public filings, build each one a complete website before we get in touch, and send the owner a link to it. If you like it, we launch it on your own domain for a flat fee. If not, you owe nothing.
How much does it cost?
A complete site starts at a flat $429. More pages, booking, galleries, or a menu raise the number, and you get the exact quote before you say yes. Nothing is due until you've seen your site and approved it. After launch, the optional care plan is $39 a month for hosting, monitoring, backups, and up to two small edits a month, with additional edits at $25 each. The growth plan is $149 a month and adds SEO and GEO: a new page each month and a site that AI answer engines can find and cite.
Do I own the site?
Yes. It runs on your own domain and the site files are yours. If you ever leave, you take both with you.
Is it a template?
No. Each site is built from your business, your trade, and your town, and each one comes out different. You'll see that the moment you open your preview.
What if I want changes?
Tell us. Revisions before launch are part of the flat fee. After launch, the $39 care plan covers hosting plus up to two content edits a month, so a new phone number, new hours, or a new photo is a reply, not a project. Need more than two in a month? Each additional edit is $25.
How long does it take?
Your preview already exists by the time you hear from us. Once you approve it and send the details you want on the site, launch is measured in days.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. If you don't want the site, the preview goes away and you owe nothing. We only get paid for sites that go live.

Then we probably didn't reach out to you. If we did, our records were wrong; reply and we'll take you off the list.
